My remotes don't work anymore. Tried reprogramming but would only take one remote at a time. Won't come down unless wall remote pressed until down. Up no problem. Hand remote (when pgm'ed) will open but not close at all-ie "constant" hold not effective. Have had several spikes in a few days due to power co. replacing poles and lines. Could be problem??? Elec. eyes apparently not problem as response same whether lines hooked up or not. (alignment was checked). Tried reprogramming. Apparently code problem.
