Interior Paint Corners

I painted a wall red and the side walls and ceiling cream. I used painters tape at the edge of the ceiling and the side walls prior to applying the red paint. It still bled through and when I removed the tape it took some of the red paint with it. How do I touch this up without going back and forth? Also, what can I do differently next time?
