I see that Steve Thomas is moving on to another network. Bob V started that position, of course, and Kevin O'Connor is the new guy. Since the 4 tradesmen that do the work have been there since at least 1987 or before, why do the hosts keep moving on?

Kevin O'Connor is supposed to have come on as a guest with a question on ASK. Beyond this, do we know anything about Kevin??
