I have just painted my bathroom.... The counter top is large and in good condtion.. how ever it now seems off colour to the rest of the space.. Can I resurface this melamine to endure the bathroom TRAFFIC WEAR AND TEAR? Please advise if you can we are two adults living here and I wish to sell soon so I want to keep the expense low Thankyou....Marian
