My vertical blinds can be pulled from right to left and right to left with the cord; however, the chain that rotates the vanes is stuck. I used to be able to move them 180 degrees. Now they only move about 30 degrees (all but three vanes) and then the chain jams. I took off the end cap, and the chain just loops over a gear. How can I fix this?
