i would,[& am no expert]but i would get if u dont have a garden pump sprayer@local garden center,gallon of paint thinner[4 appr.10x10 foot deck]spray it down rite on the carpet,let it soak in careful not 2 harm any vegitationor over spray home in windy conditions,&with ice chopper or shovelthat they use 4 cuttin up sod&scrap away,
p.s. im assumeing the glue is oil base,&if u feel iffy about paint thinner,which many here mite,use SKIN SO SOFT BATH OIL by AVON my secret 2 cleaning up&wiping clean of oil paintin,im sure u might have other helpful hints& not so,well....
