Thanks for the information. Guess we got some shovelin' to do. I wish when instructions are given, they would tell why you need to do it. Warning: If you don't do it this way, here is what could happen.
Draining water away from the base? I don't understand. The first block is 3" below grade. Have 3" of crushed gravel below that. A flower bed will be in front of the wall. So, how would I prevent water from getting to the base?
