My Lenox updraft gas funace is 45 years old and still working well. It is a 112,500 BTU input unit heating a 1050 sq ft house. What efficiency should I assume for it in figuring a replacement? I figure an 80% unit will boost my efficiency and be worth my effort, and I don't want to get into condensing units, drains etc. However, nothing I can find gives me a starting point with what I have.
