Many thanks to everybody, esp. Ron and John for the follow up inquiries. Our driveway is a blacktop with sufficient slope. I believe the problem is the lip/apron section of the garage floor, an area of approx.one foot between the garage door and the black top driveway, where the grading is somewhat improper. The rain water, falling down to this area as well as dripping down the garage door, does not flow from this area into the driveway. It seeps into the garage. Could you advise us a practical & economical way to solve this problem. Your expertise is much appreciated. Art
