I have had the same problem since we have had it. I am hoping to take it out this summer and find a Lopi Dealer near me and have it gone thru. The reason we even bought on is my sister has one and it runs perfect but my sure hasn't. We have to keep the feed on the lowest or it just dumps pellets and it constantly goes off and smokes and we have to restart it.
