Hi, Art. Did Jay J scare you? He did me. All that work for a little problem. If the apron can be made to slope down to the driveway, contact a concrete grinding or refacing company. They can use carbide tools to knock down the outside lip of the apron. You could even put a concrete cutting carbide or diamond blade in your hand held circular saw and saw some shallow slots that run from where the water is puddling to where you want it to go. (Don't try or even think about using a carbide wood cutting blade.) This is if I am reading you right and the only problem is that the concrete slopes up from the base of the garage door to the driveway.
