I have a 16x20 garage with a flat roof. I would like to replace the concrete floor ,roof ,and large car door. In addition I would like to knock out the back wall and add 10 feet to the length. All so add a side door, two windows and full installation. I've gotten $8,500 and a $12,000 quote. The contractor with the lower quote is referred, but he wants me to pull permits and act as owner/builder. Is this ok? Denise -CA Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
