When I flush the toliet the bowl fills up but doesn't refill. I cleen the holes under the ring of the bowl with pipe cleaners and also tried using a plunger to see if their is any air bubbles in the pipes. Neither one has helped. Any advise what could be the problem and a solution? Thank you very much.
