Connie,
You can clean your grout with the Heavy Duty Cleaner by if your going to do all that work, why dont you color it while you are at it?
Aqua Mix makes an excellent colorant for grout and its readily available at Lowes or Home Depot.
Clean the Grout with the tile cleaner first. Then apply.
Make sure you follow all the directions on the bottle.
