Moisture at 18% has been detected in the tle shower surround in a bathroom that was renovated about 2 years ago. Green board was used in the renovation. Is this amount of moisture a big concern? Will I have to tear out the tile and redo it? moisture was also detected on the vanity tile in the same bathroom but no obvious moisture was on or under the vanity. Do some tiles contain a level of moisture??
