Leak in windows - wall

We just bought an OLD 60 year old house. When it rained rather hard a couple days ago. Water was leaking from the ceiling. There are 2 windows, one downstairs and one right above it upstairs. Both windows had standing water in them and water seemed to be dripping from above in the upstairs window. Water was running down the walls from the upstairs window. There is also alot of water damage on the wall at the downstairs window. We do have storm windows. I have no idea how to find where the leak is coming from and who do I call to come and check it out?
