Billy has a good suggestion, HCL is a nasty acid. You could go with the product he's talking about or get some Muriatic Acid (hydrochloric acid) from a swimming pool supply store.
If you go the cheaper route (HCL) be damn careful and wear good gloves. It won't "rip" your skin off but it will burn and the itch it provides is pretty nasty for a while.
