Ok this is getting to complicated.

Efflorescence is from hard water used in mixing the grout. The mineral deposits seperate. The phosphoric acid is easy and safe to use when you follow the directions. You can buy it at home depot, or Lowe's.
After 10 days of cleaning it, seal it with a penatrateing sealer. ( do not confuse this with silicone sealers. ) good ones last from 5 to 15 years depending on the kind you buy.
