I am considering laying ceramic tile over old laminate covered kitchen countertops. The countertop is in good condition with the exception of some limited areas where the laminate is not adhering to the underlying plywood top. Is there some way to glue this down without tearing up the whole counter.
Is laying tile over old laminate a good idea anyway??
