We purchased an older, (over 100 yrs.) two level farm home were the foundation is made of boulders. There is about a 10x12 area were the floor is concrete that house the furnise, water heater, well pump etc. the rest is crawl space under the house. The problem being the boulders are shifting causing the walls to crack in one corner of the house. Besides the rodents getting in between them to enter. We have a skid loader and bucket to dig it out. How can we do this at a one wall at a time. We need to replace the basement foundation, but don't have a lot of resources to have the garage detached and the house lifted.
