My husband and I have just bought a 50 year old Florida bungalow--and with that comes some horrific tile in the bathroom. I want to paint over it! Please, help. I must admit I am home improvement impaired. I imagine the tile must be cleaned first, what is the best product? I also imagine I need to scuff up the surface, again any suggestions? What type of paint should I use?
