Foundation problem ??

Hi" John & Eileen,
It seems you have a problem, bit since you have only
been in the house for 6 weeks and now you can see all
the problems that where covered up, the people who
lived there before must have known the problems, the
person who sold you the house must have know also,
Did they, the sales person have the house looked at by
a engineer,?, if so, then you still have time to kick up
a fuss about what they missed...
As I do not know the laws in the USA, I can't say too much
but I think you can.( some one did not do their job, and you're paying for it).
Wait till some one with more know how gives you an
answer to your questions.
