I am purchasing a home with a crawl space and need to install moisture barrier on the dirt. After installing the moisture barrier do you leave the existing vents or remove? What type and name brand moisture barrier do you recommend? I also need to put some type of moisture sealer on the concrete floor of the basement. What do you suggest?
