Need help..Trying to replace old showerhead but there seems to be a round metal ball on the shower arm that doesn't seem to come off. This ball has an opening in the middle that is square.(which is where the water comes out) Any ideas on how to get it off. I'm afraid that I am going to break the arm of the shower but I can't find a way to get a new showerhead on because there is nothing to screw the new fitting onto. thanks
