Dear Sir
Help Help! On one side of my attic ladder the
counter balance arm that attaches to the spring
broke off. I have tried to to find a supplier
for this arm. There is none. Home Depot, loew's,
and Ace's hardware store do not carry this item. You have to buy the whole ladder. I even tried
a company on the website called, Hardware hut.com
they have a kit WER-55-1 only for Werner ladders.
Can you help me on this issue!
