Forgive the ignorance of this simple matter, but being in the very early stages of considering building a dock on a small pond/lake--here's a simple question--how are posts set into the lake bed, without draining the lake down to that level? Are they anchored in concrete, and if so, how is the concrete poured and how does it set up in/under the water? Thanks
