I have a craftsman mower and as with any product it needs proper maintainence including cleaning, lubricating and replacing worn parts. I have had mine now for six years and replaced a couple worn parts but I have had excellent service from my craftsman and would recommend craftsman to anyone...I'm sure Dwanye just mispelled craftsman
