Noise from neighbours tv.....HELP!!!

I live in a stunning beach house, with views across the bay in Dublin. With rapid rise in houses in Ireland there is no way I could afford to move and get such a beautiful location. However, I have neighbours each side who play their TV ALL night. It is not loud, but when I put my head on my pillow I can hear the hum and vibrations of both tv's from both walls. My house is a newly built, (10 year) townhouse, and the walls are a little more than plasterboard. Can anyone suggest what I can do to reduce this sound. I would invest in a product if I thought it would help...anyone help....before I go mad!!! Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
