My toilet is not functioning properly. When I flush the toilet the bowl fills with water but does not drain out in a normal fashion but simply sits and very slowly will drain out over a long period. I have tried plunging but no results. Is there something I can pour into the toilet in case it is clogged?...or do I need the services of a plumber?
