Garage slab is sinking

My house was built in 1998. During the course of the years I've notice that the slab in the garage has been cracking and the corner of the slab has been slowly sinking. My contractor did a poor job and it has been a nightmare since we moved in. . Everytime it rains(extreme downpours) the corner of the garage floods up. We a have poor drainage system that has been a problem from day one. I can't afford it but I know that this problem has to be taken care of. What can we do?
