I should be closing on a property by the end of the month. However the city is stating that they cannot give me the certificate of occupancy because of the mold on the basement ceiling. The seller states that they have wiped it off and have painted it with a paint to stop mold from returning. The city now says that is not enough. Please tell me what to do because I really important that I get this property, and it is also important to move because my lease has ended. Thanks
