I have a 40 yr. old teddy bear made of a very heavy cotton material stuffed with a white fiberous material. He was dirty in some spots. I made a solution of SHOUT, 1 teaspoon to 1 1/2 cup warm water. I lightly scrubbed him with a fingernail brush. As he dried he developed a light brown color and a definate "water stain" outline at the edges. How can I clean him up? 6/26/03
