You have read the posts of problems. Add to that the fact these are basically unbranded units manufactured in Asia for which there are no replacement parts or customer support, and one of the shortest warranties in the world (compare to lifetime for Hunter or Casablanca), and your path SHOULD be clear. Upgrade a little and get a lifetime of use, or buy a disposable.
