I purchased a new door from Lowe's. The door is steel and the glass is framed with a vinyl appearing material. I painted the steel door with a primer coat and a latex enamel. The paint and primer stayed on the door but just came right off the vinyl frame. I removed all the paint from the vinyl and painted just using the paint and let cure for 24 hours. The paint just peeled right off.
