honestly u should scrap that scooter if u want to build one with a chainsaw. Find a old scooter, buy a new front end (powered with shocks and brake), then cut of the back, widen it, and put a 10" tire on. There is no way that you could safely put a chainsaw engine on a kick scooter (new at least). Basically design it from scratch.
