Our in-laws gave us beautiful bed with pillow top mattress,looks new. I hate to throw this mattress out but they were very heavy smokers and the matress and box springs have such a heavy odor of smoke in them . I Washed the bed clothes twice in clorox water and they still have a faint odor to them so I will keep washing them until the odor is gone but what can I do about the matress and box springs? I have used a whole bottle of febreeze on it. it has the whole bed room smelling like this stale cigarette smell. Gotta be a way to save this beautiful mattress set. Please help me. Thanks so much.
