Hi, Steve. I have never seen plans but you might get a start at a ceramics store or a craft store like Michaels. There are so many design possibilities for this that some idea of what you want would be helpful. If you really want to do it all yourself and have some idea in mind, get yourself some big blocks of foam, fiberglass and resin and have at it. You can carve any shape out of the foam then apply the fiberglass over it. The fine folks at Eastpointe Fiberglass should be able to give you some help on this if you can't find local sources.
