You are concerned with sound transmission - not sound reflection.

You want a wall with a high sound transmission loss (STL) - most difficult at low fregencies.

Any heavy material such as solid 4" thick concrete block will do the job. Several sheets of 5/8" dry wall are also good.

Be sure there are no holes in the wall and you you a minimum opening, thick/heavy gasketed door.
