I can't think of a better bargain than that. Also, the rug will take months to dry, throw it out! I pour out the bleach and use a push broom when I clean with the stuff while holding my breath. I don't think the clorine is too good for the lungs. I think you can put silicon caulk between the floor & wall once you have finished cleaning. You want to claim the basement back from the mildew before it takes over.
