I would like to remove the siding off of my house. I was just wondering if it is legal for me to do it myself as a home owner, are their laws against it, and where do i dispose of it? I live in eastern Oregon near the Pendleton area. Could you recomend where i could dispose of it in my area and who i might contact about removal if i cant do it myself.
