I PURCHASED AN ELECTRIC START 6.5 HP LAWNMOWER FROM FORT SAM HOUSTON.THE FIRST MONTH IT START VERY EASY,THEN NO START. THE PULL CORD DOES NOT WORK EITHER.DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS.
