but it's great to have a real pro back here again Raymond. I've been successful putting the ring on the toilet and guiding that into place with a helper to get it onto the closet bolts. Seemed like you or the helper could see or feel the ring starting to fall off. You probably do this alone more and your way is probably better that way.

I do know that I often buy an extra wax ring and use it for lubricating wood screws. Just leave it in the bag and poke the deck screws or similar through the plastic into the wax. It makes driving them a lot easier.
