Muriatic acid

As long as the concrete is so new this will work. Use Muriatic acid (buy it from a pool store it's cheap, maybe $4/gal. max) and pour it on the stains, then rinse with a hose. It is diluted hydrochloric acid.

Concrete takes about 1 month to fully cure, keep the animals etc. off of it during that time to prevent staining and when done get some Behr™ concrete sealer. It's about ten bucks a gallon and runs like water. Seal the concrete and you won't have to worry about that again.
