We have two Lennox heat pumps in our home. Both have been a sourse of agony. Both have water dripping and standing in the cold air return. After about a year of constant complaining they replaced the upstairs unit. Now it is doing the same thing again. The downstairs unit heats to a point and the heating unit goes off but the fan continues to run until we cut it off. The company that installed and works on them say they don't know how to fix them but they charge us for parts and installation that do not correct the problem. What are we to do? We are contemplating replacing both with another brand.
