Hi, LJ. Depending on the lay-out, you could try drilling it out or one of the fluids made for freeing frozen bolts that you get at an auto supply store or the one thing that gives you the best chance--a heat wrench--acetylene torch. But this could also be very dangerous so don't do it if there is any doubt at all. Seems to me that the easiest solution would be to just replace the tee.
