I already have lanolium flooring down but it has been there at least 15yrs, that"s when I brought this home. I need to know can I put new lanolium over the old flooring if there's no tears in the old flooring. If I decide to lay tile down will old flooring need to be torn out? Thank You Mary from Kansas City, Kansas Also can I lay hardwood flooring over old flooring?
