frame and drywall

I work at a hotel and the frame is metal drywall is only half an inch.The entrance door is fire safe with concrete inside.When you open the door hard it puts a hole in the wall.How can i renforce the wall with steel frame.Also what can I use too stop door from smashing in the wall.Diffrent door stops have been tried and all have failed.The floor is also concrete so it makes it hard to put in stops.
