Any Fan belts replacement is pretty straight forward...........The motor mount is usually a 4-bolt affair with slotted holes for belt adjustment......I've seen other belt tensioning devices also..........
Back off the tension .....install the new belt......and retension the belt......(Yeah I know it "sounds" easy......upstairs with sweat in your eyes and a rusty bolt later........!#@$%^&)
