Thank you for your reply and information. I believe the floors are pine, the floors in the living room are pine and I believe are also the existing base floor. With that in mind, what if any, suggestions do you have as far as sanding
these floors (they have virtually no paint, only around the perimeter of the floor) and what type of finish would best serve a pine floor? Thanking you in advance.
