I purchased a toilet seat to fit a 3000 Case toilet from Trayco Inc. in Florence, SC. Like your seat the hinges go into the tank. While it was expensive at $45, most other places charged twice that. Trayco's number is 1 800-749-1120.
Our seat wasn't the elongated size but Trayco has them also.
